And listed off some astronomical cost of approximately $8k. He then recommended I try to push this off to the city..... BAD MOVE!! See.. City workers just want respect. So for a box of doughnuts and a little courtesy, I was able to find our the true problem and a true solution. Wrapping this up. For what I spent to have you guys come out here twice and give me your political views and not really solve my problem, I bought the equipment, solved my problem and will not NEVER need you guys again..... So I guess I owe you a thank you for opening my eyes....."

Then I was told she was mistaken and the part will only be there Thursday. After some back and forth was told The tech would be around Thursday between 2 and 4 pm. On checking my emails 3 hours later I see an appointment confirmation for Friday between 8 and 10 am. In the meantime I cant heat my home because it only runs emergency heat and I cant afford to run up the bill. Since I now dont know about quality and am being messed around getting a brand new system fixed, where I am actually paying for the service I would not recommend your company based on my experience. It went from a good sales and install experience to replace an old system which broke to a nightmare thats been running 3 days now. The tech was very polite but getting the issue resolved has been terrible. I cant complain about the tech coming around but do have a massive problem with scheduling. Polite on the phone but not listening or telling me something to shut me up is how I feel."
